摘要：In the frame of the organizations belonging to the public sector,as well in the ONGs are used self-monitoring being in early stage of development,in comparision with organizations working in private sector,which use strictly systems by which these organizations measures performance and effectiveness of the carried aut activities. This paper aims to analyze a number of aspects concerning evaluation-monitoring. Methological approach was based on using direct sociological investigation by mean of questionnaire.
