摘要：The aim of this paper is to analyze the current national and international context regarding the possibility for public institutions to bring to the foreground environmental elements in the acquisitions,orientated to a sustainable development,in the context of maximizing the quality / price ratio in the use of public funds. Performance measurement and quantification are important challenges in complying with national and international policies.
