摘要:The article discusses the expediency and topicality using of marketing tools,according to the special innovative nature of R&D products. These factors are based on the characteristics of R&D products as special innovative goods;R&D products as catalyst of changes in the market environment and allocation of some features of commercialization R&D products. Allocation of these factors is directed on creation logic and reasonable methodological basis of marketing of R&D products and commercialization of innovations. After analyzing these factors,was allocated key aspects expediency of marketing maintenance of commercialization R&D products. After definition factors of expediency marketing maintenance of commercialization R&D products,were given the relevant marketing activities which can be used in innovative activity. The specific innovative nature of R&D products contributes to a particular task in the process of marketing maintenance of commercialization R&D products:definition some directions of scientific and technical activity;choice potential market and target segments;choice of the best forms and methods of commercialization innovations and formation of the package technology and its adaptation to needs of certain consumers.
