摘要：The most important sphere of progressive changes in the economy is the industrial complex of Ukraine,where the activities of any company associated with the formation of such properties that allow to maintain a niche operation and strengthen its market position in today's competitive environment,taking into account its new manifestations. Furthermore,the only promising way to ensure the survival of industrial enterprises and their operation is successful exercise of innovation. In this research article it was defined the characteristics and operating conditions of industrial innovation active enterprises in the current market conditions,analyzed the dynamics of innovation in the enterprises for the period 2000-2011 years,studied a small number of basic problems of innovation active enterprises. The measures to stimulate innovation in enterprises determined that to enhance innovation of domestic industries prerequisite is to create a mechanism to stimulate both the enterprise level and at the state level,exploring the world experience and adapting it to the current market conditions and national characteristics.
