摘要：The purpose of the article is to analyze the existing socio-demographic,economic and political-security threats in the EU states related to the reception of refugees,as well as to determine the directions of forming policies on refugees and asylum seekers by taking into account the refugees’ burden on countries and territories. The article analyzes the potential advantages and disadvantages of refugee placing in asylum countries and their socio-demographic,economic and political-security pressure on these countries. The analysis of correlation of Fragile States Index with the averaged indicators of its components during 2011–2018 is carried out. It made possible the identification of the impact of refugees’ migration burden on Fragile Index of countries. The directions involving social,demographic,infrastructural,economic and other aspects of refugees’ burden on countries and territories in the formation of policies on refugees and asylum seekers are formulated.
