摘要：For Romania the adoption of an environmental management system is even more important as it may be an evidence of its orientation towards the modern European practices and,at the same time,it can facilitate its contacts and cooperation with external partners. This article deals with the development principles for a modern world with a view to meeting the needs of the current generations,without endangering the possibilities of the future generations to satisfy their own needs.
