摘要：Assuming the failure of the “magical power” of free market to exploit always the positive influences and to counteract the negatives ones in order to assure the economic equilibrium and progress,the present paper analyses the regulatory or “curative” intervention of public power in economy,often socially justified and really eligible,but in the same time not inerrable.
