摘要：The general tendency to concentrate several companies is shown due to the fact that a company tries increasingly more not to become vulnerable,and to remain as efficient as possible. This can be done either by integrating the stages of manufacturing distribution of a product,or based on the integration of complementary or similar activities,even if these are of a different nature either in the case of the connections between different enterprises with the only purpose to diversify the risks and maximize the profit.
