摘要:Research is based on theories in the field,and analyzes two dimensions: organizational leadership and organizational performance within Romanian companies and correlations and influences of these two dimensions. The most important part of the study is to define the leadership variables or factors and the performance. The aim of this article is to present these factors. We considered eight causal factors or variables of leadership,such as: vision,flexibility,confidence in leader,communication,teamwork,learning within organization,motivation through equity and employee motivation. Through these variables we will identify how Romanian organizations are led,how Romanian leaders are perceived by their employees and the extent to which these variables lead to organizational performance in Romania. Another key issue of this research is the set of indicators used in performance measurement. To measure performance,we used both financial and non-financial indicators: dedication and employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction.
