摘要：The article deals with land use opportunities and resources as a factor of stability of not only the processors ,but also economic and financial stability of the national economy in general and on this basis to achieve sustainable development. We found the cause of stagnation in agricultural reform,technical and economic factors influence organizational support effective use of existing tools,labor,material,price,and financial resources in the field of social production. Committed to develop measures to build management principles,criteria and systematized defined indicators of economic and financial sustainability of agricultural groups and businesses. The influence of state policy on the development of reforms in agriculture. The proposal to improve the system of economic management of technical and economic factors at different levels of government.
