摘要：The state of the hotel industry enterprises inUkraineand abroad has been studied,which enabled to outline the main tendencies of their development as well as to distinguish the industry peculiarities of the sector. The influence of the mentioned peculiarities of the hotel industry enterprises functioning on the accounting and control systems has been disclosed.
