  • 摘要:The study aims to identify the methods used to motivate employees in the company Next Automobile. The company tries to use a wide range of motivations to keep staff form for sales activity. Salaries are based on specific job responsibilities and sales consultants have wages calculated according to the number of vehicles sold. There are theories that analyze organizational factors and theories that combine the two categories of factors in explaining human behavior at work. Research was performed using a questionnaire designed to obtain information about the methods and motivational systems that are used and that could be used in the future with efficiency. We identified positive points,and aspects requiring improvement,after which we made a proposal for improving the motivation process in this company. We have highlighted the motivational theories that society uses to motivate employees and conclusions are based on answers of employees.
