摘要：The repatriation costs should be borne by the ship operator (art. 121(1) of the Maritime and Inland Navigation Act). Such costs paid by the ship operator shall be reimbursed by the relevant crew member only in cases set forth in the art. 121(2) of MINA. Where a dispute arises in respect to the right vf the ship operator to reimbursement of such costs,the suit must be brought to the District Commercial Court.
