摘要：When entering a Yugoslav Mortgage is effected in a Ship's Registry it is necessary also to enter the dates when each of the loan instalments provided for in the Loan Agreement are to be repaid. If the Mortgagor attacks the Court's Decree granting the entry of a Yugoslav Mortgage he can claim the annotation of the suit to be entered in the Ship's Registry. The deletion of the Mortgage can be effected only after the final Court judgment is delivered proclaiming the pre-vious Court Decree granting the entry to be nuli and void.
