摘要：If the entry of a foreign ship in the Yugoslav Registry of Ships is effected on the basis of the Bareboat Charterparty concluded with a Yugoslav Charterer the name of the Charterer as an Operator can be entered at the same time in Folio》B« of the Main Book. If the entry of a foreign ship is made on the basis of the Management Agreement and the Decree of the Federal Secretariat for Transport and Communication the Registrar should state in Folio »B« of the Main Book that the person having managerial powers and liabililies over the ship is called a »Manager of the ship«.
