摘要：This paper offers the processed official reports of the Ministry of Fuel and Coal Industry of Ukraine and the State Statistics Committee of the country on the state and development of the Ukraine gas industry,on the investing into this industry;also this paper offers an analysis of of the Ukraine gas industry main indicators as a result of this identifies the main trends of industry development for the period from 2005 to 2014,and reveals the problems of investing of the gas industry enterprises in Ukraine, This paper includes a system analysis of Ukraine gas industry functioning and calls the main features of it:a state's monopolization;the both an autonomy and external dependence segmentation of the Ukrainian gas market;the need for modernization and development gas extraction stations,pipeline systems,which have not only a significant level of unit capacity,but the high cost of laying pipe;insufficiently effective processes of reproduction of raw materials base;the lack of investment attractiveness of the gas industry;the lack of a systematic approach to pricing;the lack of financial stability. On the base of system analysis also it is established causal links between the features of the gas industry in Ukraine and the elements of the organizational-economic mechanism of investments’ attraction into development of the gas industry.
