摘要：The article is devoted to the problems of power savings in modern conditions increasing threats and risks in Ukraine by attracting investment resources in the enterprise distribution of electricity. The article analyzes the park of lighting devices by different types of lamps and different actors of consumers. It have compared of lighting devices with various kinds of lamps and lighting distribution of entities for consumers in Ukraine and abroad. It is proposed replacement of incandescent lamps in street lighting to more energy-efficient types as one of the directions the power savings,that will contribute to the overall economy consumed electricity for cities having reducing the load on the electricity grid and so on. It is proved the necessity of measures to improve energy efficiency,which is achieved through:replacement of incandescent lamps in lighting devices of street lighting to lighting with LED lamps of new generation;using in lighting devices the starting electronic equipment;replacement of uninsulated air aluminum wires to self-supporting insulated wires;automated monitoring and control lighting. It is proved the necessity of state support for the process of attracting investment resources in the enterprise distribution of electric power,including the using of diversification the sources of investment resources on the basis of public-private partnerships by upgrading street lighting. It is determined the specific features of investment attraction in the distribution of electric power enterprise.
