摘要：The article investigates the condition of national IT industry. The analysis and assessment of global trends in IT industry development during past decade was carried out. Based on experience of the leading countries of the world the conditions that must be created for the further development of the IT industry in Ukraine were researched. The role and place of IT industry in overcoming the crisis in Ukrainian economy is defined. The experience of the IT industry's leading organizations of Ukraine for 2013-2016 years and the main factors that influenced the tendencies of IT development are analyzed. The problems to be solved for further development of the national IT industry are identified. The main problems in IT staffing,influencing the further development and competitiveness of domestic specialists are examined. The main ways of IT industry development and the necessary measures for its implementation in the context of Ukrainian economy’s growth are offered.
