摘要：The judgment of the Supreme Court of Croatia,March 7, 1979 No. R-32/1979/2 finds that in cases of disputes concerning the personal salaries of crews the District Commercial Court is exclusively competent because in such disputes the rules concerning the crews of ships must be applied and they form part of Maritime Law.
