  • 摘要:This study is prepared to determine the human resources practices of business which have most valuable brands of Turkey according to Brand Finance Report (2019). The study was conducted as part of a qualitative research method document review. Within this scope, 25 businesses on the Brand Finance list have been evaluated. Human resources practices of businesses is evaluated under 12 different title. According to the results, it has been seen that businesses which have most valuable brands in Turkey have given great importance to human resources and tried to give them best possibilities they can provide. Additionally, global businesses which have most valuable brands and Turkey’s businesses which have most valuable brands have compared in terms of human resources practices. There was a dramatic difference in the item of “tolerance of individual differences and equal employment opportunity” in favor of global businesses and “education” in favor of Turkey’s businesses.
