摘要：Today,the internet is available to anyone,anywhere. The benefit of Linked Open Data is to put information and data into a context that creates new knowledge. These data are two important viewpoints:publishing and consuming. Thus data management has become a important factor for business success and innovation. Open public data are those data produced or held by the public authorities and at the citizens’ disposal freely,are free to access,reuse and redistribute.
