摘要:The tourist industry is characterized by the active involvement and the dominant role played by multinational and transnational corporations. A large number of competitors,difficulties in achieving differentiation and high fixed costs in the construction of new hotels influenced the intensifying competition in the hotel industry. Some of these strategies include the development of new products through the appreciation of technological developments, diversification of supply through the development of multiple brands,creative marketing program to meet the potential demand. The growth of international tourism is a significant potential for the growth and development of hotel chains.
