摘要：This paper presents a new approach for the evaluation of tourist satisfaction based on multiple evaluation criteria,one of which is dominant. The new methodology has prevented the possibility of dissatisfaction in the dominant part being annulled during calculations with satisfaction of the rest of the criteria,which was the case in some of the previous methodologies.
