摘要：Socio-economic changes from the last few years resulted in new prospects for landscape management. Thanks to rise in activity of local communities and in possibilities for financing various space investments there are more and more changes in landscape. On the example of selected European competitions (The European Landscape Award,EDEN) as well as the Polish ones (The Best Managed Public Space in Poland,Poland is Growing Beautiful),the author presents criteria considered in evaluation of the landscape/space projects and of the winners of the mentioned competitions.
