摘要:Todesignthe effective modelof the centerof excellencewe must take into accountthat the following play an important rolefor them:external sources (linksto the competenciessources),interaction within thebusiness unit,the effectiveness ofthe center's activities(profitability and competitiveness,innovativeness,transfer of knowledge) andthe investmentof the parent company.The article provesthatadvancingeducationand trainingat a highlevel ofdifficulty(while creating psychological and pedagogical conditionsof personalgrowthof students) enables school leaversto winnationalcompetitions,organized by therankeduniversitiesand,accordingly,to enterthose universitiesoutof competition. Therefore,modern lyceums for gifted children may be notfor really gifted,but formore or less cable pupils. And whether or not they become talented,depends on many factors,including reasons related to the preparation special teachersfor them. Moreover,daily experience shows that often they becomegifted not thanks tobut in spite of the education,which is considered as profile or in-depth (for gifted only).
