摘要：Inductors and transformers, which are heavy and bulky, are not used in integrated circuits. However, it is possible to realize such type of components by using active networks. In this study, starting from a resistive ladder network, whose terminal equations are equalivent to those of the ideal transformer, ideal transformers are realized using only OTA's and its operation is successfully tested by SPICE computer simulation program.
