摘要:The physical life increase of the machine parts through the method of coat with electric arc welding, gas metal arc welding and acetylene gas welding to overcome the abrasion problems faced in the cement factories is analysed. It has been realised that the reason of the labor force losses is the materials which are not coated. The weight loss is measured with the ball on the disc experiment with three different weights and on 250 meters course. It has been observed that the weight loss of 60 HRC hardness Chrom carbide coated sample under 2.5N weight is 0.0012g, the weight loss of 65 HRC hardness Niobium carbide coated sample under 2.5N weight is 0.0002g and the weight loss of 70 HRC hardness Tungsten carbide coated sample under 2.5N weight is 0.0002g. The same experiments have been repeated under 5N and 10 N weights. Physical life of the machine parts are increased by coating the parts with welding.
