  • 摘要:In this study, Etial 171 Al alloy is used with different surface treatments. Sanded, polished and anodized in which the Al base is tested by experiments can show optimum functionality of the coatings. Anodizing conditions, the contact angle of the aluminum substrate, the surface roughness and it is located in the optical microscope images of the aluminum. As a result of the investigations, surface roughness is higher in sandblasted aluminium and it is thought that the coating showed better feature rough surface. Anodization process reduced the value of the contact angle of base materials. As a result of polishing the surface roughness value is low and the value of the contact angle of the substrate was highly elevated. This situation has made it difficult to adhesion the surface coating.
