摘要：It has become a necessity to reduce costs and improve efficiency in the production process for enterprises in today’s dynamic competitive environment. In this context, pre-determining and improving the production time has great importance. Method Time Measurement (MTM) is a measurement method, which examines a manual work in the context of basic body motions and determines a standard time for these motions. In this study, it is aimed to improve production times for a company which operates in white goods sub-industry with MTM method. Besides, it is aimed to obtain a more efficient production line by handing little improvement oppurtinities via this method as a result of examining the smallest motions sensitively. At the end of study, the production times which are obtained before improvement and after improvement are compared and the increase in daily production amount is revealed.
