摘要:In this study, the Ramor 500 armor steel pair was combined with the submerged welding method. Cr, Ni and Mn based austenitic additive wire was used in the joining process. Radiographic examination was performed on the samples after welding. Weld metal geometries were measured and microhardness distributions were investigated. As a result of, the suture geometry form measures increased as the voltage increased at the joining points of the welded samples. While the welding strength of these welded specimens was examined by using tensile strength tests, the radiography test of these specimens was examined by using X-ray diffraction method. Depending on the stress, microhardness values showed similar results. It has been observed that your hardness has decreased in the ITAB region and has increased strongly in the welding metal.
