摘要:This paper presents kinematic, static and fatigue analyses of straight cup hinge with brake which is widely used in the furniture industry. The solid model of the hinge is created by using packaged programme. The kinetic and kinematic anayses of hinge are performed by use of multiple body analysis programme. The quasistatic analysis of the structure is made due to the support and joint forces which are obtained as a result of the kinetic and kinematic analyses. The analyses are carried out by considering the standard TS EN 15570. Related to the evaluation of fatigue analysis, modifications are proposed for the structure. The results of kinetic and kinematic analyses adopted to static and fatigue analyses due to finite element method is shown as an alternative to the transient response of the finite element method.
