摘要:The competitivity issue represents in the field of marketing, as in the field of any economic science, a major problem regarding some different aspects. The competitivity in the field of medical services is determined not only by the degree of eficiency and lower costs, but also by the capacity of the medical organization to implement a client focused strategy. This means a different vvo>^ of thinking the global medical marketing mix. Especially in the field of stomatology services, a main aspect is the perception of the pacient, the personal communication between him and the medical staff. The following article explores this issue presenting the development and importance of internet techiques used to build a more effective and competitive marketing strategy for the medical organizations in the field of stomatology.
