摘要:The studies regarding the consumer’s behaviour represent a very important concern for any company implied in the contemporary business environment. At the same time, the substantiation of an institutional or commercial company’s communication strategy, starts from a sum of vital information about the market as a whole and especially its most important target of communication: the consumer. In this way, the vital relation between the behavioural research activity, the knowledge and the adjustment of some communication strategic alternatives in the marketing field becomes much more obvious.
