摘要：Taking into account the perspective of our country’s accession to the European Union and analysing the necessity of standards regulation and norms harmonization with the requirements specified by the European directives, we may say that the products quality warrant and the testing authorities accreditation by the third party testing authorities that are authorized in this field, tends to become one of the key factors of commercial exchange. In the context of the European level products competitivity, in which case the elimination of the technical barriers and the testing laboratories accreditation that will play an important role in health, security, people’s lives as well as the environment protection insurance is predicted.
