This constitutes a very important desideratum that is vital for their real success. The development strategy will not only preserve the company' s value but will also create some action clear directions of all the company's organizational structures. they can state with without fail that the right creating of the company's development strategy cannot be considered without essential information got by means of the consumers behavioral studies. These can offer to the decision- making factors a right and coherent approach to the most important element that conditions the company's evolution- the consumer.
