  • 摘要:The content changes registered in the contemporary commerce progress, changes resulted from all the socio-economic environment modi fications, affect both the pragmatical ways of comercial activity development, at micro and macro economical level as well as the contemporary marketer profile itself. The organ izational structures of the commercial companies experience in their turm a development process that offers them the possibility to adapt to the latest trends of the contemporary commerce activity. The commercial systems management takes into account the effectively administration of di fferent organizational ways of the commercial activity. The perspectives generated by the latest trends also impose managerial modifications of the commercial systems, taking into acoount the typology that is specific to them.
