摘要：The harmonization of the Romanian statistics system with that of the European Union becomes an important element in the pre-adhering process. Statistics is a vital element for the decision-making factors, no matter to w hat level these act: elaboration, implementation or politics monitoring. This way, the data have to be reliable and objective, in order to allow comparisons between region or countries. The communitarian legis lation in the statistics field implies the observing of the European standards that are identical for all EU statistics and that are provided in the Treaty on the European Union that is, the creating of a Eurostatistics.
