摘要：The Romanian process of integration within EU implies challenges for all the organizations and their management. This paper is focused on the problems the organizations have to face concerning the risks generated by the currency exchange until the single currency euro will be used. Theoretical and practical considerations that managers could use to make easier their decisions are emphasized as well.
