摘要：New innovations in science and information technologies are revolutionising the way each company approaches the market. Spec ialists in logistics are interested in implementing the most modern IT solutions, which are supposed to respond to the need of speeding up the movement of goods in the market. Unlike the USA, European countries are at least 2-3 years behind concerning the implementation of the NTIC, so on top of this Romania must make special efforts to have a real integration in the market economy of the UE instead of a formal or political one.
