摘要：These last 6 years, the temperature of the inflation has been outstanding and has been reducing considerably. During 2006, foreign trade attained high growth rates, with an emphasis on the imports, which caused the increase of the commercial deficit. The commercial deficit cut may be achieved by larger exports of competitive products and services. The current account deficit and the foreign commercial deficit of the country is in rapid growth, causing problems to the macroeconomic balance. The increase of the current account deficit is the result of certain influences of the structural factors, and of the fact that most of the exports are represented by low-tech products mainly based on low or medium qualified labour. The development of the real economy involves the gradual remonetization of the economy under the circumstances of the noninflationist increase of the monetary basis, including the development of other higher monetary units (which should include units M1 and M2).
