摘要：The environment policy has become a horizontal policy of the UE, and its environment protection directions are deemed as binding for the member states. In Romania, the Ministry of Environment and Water Management coordinates the compliance with the obligations assumed in chapter 22 – Environment Protection. Therefore, the expenses for the environment protection at a national level have had a rise: – between 1993-2000, in value of RON 2.128,6 billion; – in 2001, the investments allocated for the environment amounted to RON 18.463,297 billion; – the alinement to the requests of the community acquis amounts between 2004-2021 to EUR 29 billion.
