摘要:The management and marketing of the capital market as well as of the circulating assets portfolio concentrate and express the bases of the investors’ behavior. The first part of this communication briefly reviewed the management and marketing strategies regarding both the bond portfolio and the share one and highlighted the fact that, with a view to diminishing the investment related risks, a number of principles are implemented for the formation of several efficient and balanced portfolios of circulating assets. The fundamental analysis whose title selection criteria is represented by future benefits, the graphic analysis enabling the forecast of the rate variation tendency as well as the quantitative analysis which aims at the improvement of the risk-efficiency relation have been used to the same end. The second part of the paper presented the regulations regarding the marketing communication and advertising included in the Directives issued by the European Parliament and by the European Council to which the capital market marketing is also subjected. These refer to: deceiving advertising, comparative advertising, consumers’ protection in the case of remote contacts between them and the suppliers, television without frontier which guarantees broadcasting freedom within the E.U. and which also includes a number of measures deemed to coordinate the settlements of international denunciations.
