标题：PENGARUH CITRA PERGURUAN TINGGI DAN KOMPETENSI DOSEN TERHADAP LOYALITAS MAHASISWA MELALUI KEPUASAN MAHASISWA PADA PERGURUAN TINGGI SWASTA (STUDI PADA IKIP PGRI BOJONEGORO)
摘要：The research examines and analyzes the direct impact university image and lecturer’s competences on student’s satsfaction and student’s loyalty.The reseach also examine and analyze the indirect impact of university image and lecturer’s competenceson student’s loyalty with student’s satisfaction as mediation variable.The study surveyed a sample of 100 respondents in IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro,simple random sampling was a chosen as method to determine the samples.Method and tools to test the hypothesis is Path Analysis.The results showed that university image has a significant impact on student’s satisfaction,lecturer’s competence has a significant on student’s satisfaction,university image has no impact on student’s loyalty,lecturer’s competence has no impact on student’s loyalty,student’s satisfaction has a significant on student’s loyalty,and student’s satisfaction mediates the impact univerity image to student’s loyalty,and student’s satisfaction mediates the impact of student’s loyalty to the lecturer’s competences.
