摘要：This research aims to find outhow to build a global perspective of young citizens based on the values of Pancasilaas the character of the Indonesian nation. This research used a qualitative approach with a grounded theory method. The data sources consisted of literature and respondents selected using a purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques used documentation and interviews. The data were analyzed using inductive analysis. The results showed that the values of Pancasila as the character of the Indonesian nation must be used as the basis to build a global insight of young citizens. The second pillar of Pancasila became the maingate to building a global insight of young citizens. Pancasila as the basis for building a global insight of young citizens brought the implication that young citizensin the school did not only use the values of Pancasila as a slogan, but must be applied and implemented in their daily lives.
