摘要:This paper presents the results of research on the relationship of personality with a sense of self-efficacy of the Prison Service. The results were obtained on the basis of studies of 190 prison officers from the security, penitentiary and therapeutic departments. A Personality Questionnaire (NEO-PI-R) Costa and McCrae was used for the personality analysis. Self-efficacy was measured using the Generalized Self Efficacy Scale (GSES) Schwarzer, Jerusalem and Juczyński. The results indicate that neuroticism, extroversion, openness and conscientiousness and their components are related and affect a significant effect on self-efficacy.
