摘要：Turkish painting education system is based on a structure which includes theoretical information transfer and the process of practising the transferred information and evaluation of them. While transferring theoretical information , the outer environment that effects the individuals, their inner worlds and their changing moods according to the events are considered. Based upon this process changing according to their mood, some forms are shaped. These forms turn into works of art and become concrete and when they become integrated tiwh the viewers , the communication begins. This process is sometimes painful and sometimes fun and it constitutes the basis of art. Regardless of its age or era, all the drawings have visual readings. The dynamic lines,static shapes and blemish editings give some clues about the painter or the artist. The inferences of these clues create art ciriticism. To sum up, artist , the work of art and the viewer are important to reach the social goals. In this abtract, the image of visual perception and thought in art of painting are emphasized.
