摘要：There is quick movement of urbanization in our country because of pushing forward of the villages and attraction of the cities. That is show a quick oecurence and planles development. Generally, urbanization which considered as if an increasing of population. The increase of popu- lation which has been brought by demands, caused new requests, especi- ally on public services. Thus, created important problems for urbanizati- on. As a matter of fact, discrepancy between arrangement and planning in connected with time appeared some problems such as housing, infra- structure, mush-room house and environment pollution. Really, from this time, insufficient services and urban problems will be mentioned together in our country.
