摘要：The objective of this study is;to test the reliability and the validity of a scale that was used in a foreign country to measure a strategic plan’s implementation success in an organization and, to adapt this scale to Turkish Literature. The study was performed at 12 organizations;6 of them were public and 6 were private. In order to prove the applicability of the scale, the survey was performed randomly on both public and private organizations. According to the analysis results the scale is valid and reliable and it is consistent with the Turkish Language and cultural characteristics.
