摘要：The selection of the most appropriate medical device to be used in the purchase of medical devices is one of the strategic and critical decisions that should be given by the healthcare organizations. Many different methods are used in making such decisions. Multi-criteria decision-making is one of them. In this study, the problem of the selection of a complete blood count device to be used in a laboratory is taken into consideration. The complete blood counting device is widely used in the general health status of patients. The criteria that are effective in the selection of devices are determined by the experts and the scales are determined by the SWARA method. WPM, TODIM and AHP methods were used to evaluate alternative devices and the most suitable whole blood count was determined.
