摘要：In the article the process of leading out of venture capital is analyzed from innovative industrial enterprises. Author determination of this process is grounded, the conceptual chart of forming of strategy of leading out of venture capital is offered from innovative industrial enterprises and intercommunication of its elements is grounded.
